Policies & Procedures

 

Career Services at New Mexico State University adheres to the NACE Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals and expects employers to do the same.

Cancellation Policy

By registering for a career fair/event you are agreeing to pay the full cost of the fair/event.

  • Cancellations: Honored by the 3rd calendar day prior to the fair/event with a full refund.
  • Cancellations less than 3 days prior to the fair/event: Receive refund of registration costs minus a 0.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made on the day of the event/fair: Full payment of the registration costs. (No refunds).
  • No Show Policy: Event "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.
  • Late Payment Fee: All costs for a fair/event must be paid no later than 90 days following the fair/event. Payments received after 90 days will be charged a late fee.
