The following information outlines the full-service recruiting schedule that the Graduate & Professional School Fair offers participating institutions during their visit to the NMSU campus.
Tuesday, September 30 – University of Texas - El Paso
Wednesday, October 1 – New Mexico State University
- 8:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Check-in.
- 8:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Continental breakfast - Student Club (east side, 1st Floor)
- 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM:Fair, First Floor-East side.
- Note: Please make early arrangements with your carrier if you have any packages or displays to be shipped at the end of the day; visit Shipping page for more information
- 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Staggered Lunch - The Club (west side, 3rd Floor) - MENU: TBA (Contact gradfair@nmsu.edu with special dietary requests). Staggered lunch allows representatives to take turns eating and staffing booth(s). Fair remains open.
- Evening:Travel to Albuquerque, NM,(approximately 250 miles from Las Cruces, NM)
